secret.pics is a playful way to share a picture. Instead of posting an image outright, you hide it behind a handful of challenges and let people earn the reveal — one mask at a time.
We built it around a simple idea: a reveal is more fun when you have to work for it. A quiz question, a photo to snap, a little suspense — and the picture underneath means more when it finally appears.
Privacy is part of the design. Your original picture never leaves our servers in full; players only ever see the parts they’ve unlocked. Creators stay in control of who can play, what counts as an answer, and what reward waits at the end.

The idea borrows from things people already enjoy: the daily guessing ritual of a word game, the anticipation of a scratch card, the countdown before a gender-reveal balloon pops. We packaged that feeling into a link anyone can send in a single message, with no app to install and no account needed to play.
